A 14-year-old young lady was purportedly assaulted by a 62-year-old in Udham Singh Nagar area of Uttarakhand said police.
The occurrence became exposed when her folks understood that she was five months pregnant and held up a grumbling against the blamed on Sunday evening, said police authorities.
The person in question and the blamed live in a similar neighborhood, police said.
"According to the protest, the denounced, who runs a furniture shop first assaulted her around seven months prior in the wake of attracting her into his shop with a bar of chocolate. He compromised her with critical results on the off chance that she educated anybody in her family," said a police official on the state of namelessness.
"The charged assaulted her on a few events after that. Her folks came to realize that their little girl was pregnant after she felt sick on Sunday and they stood up to her. On hearing her difficulty, they held up an objection against the blamed," he included.
Auditor Dinesh Bartwal, who is researching the case, stated, "An instance of assault has been enlisted. In any case, the blamed has not been captured at this point."
"The young lady has been sent to a clinic for medicinal assessment. Examination concerning the case is on," he included.
